Fall Section Meeting Online Reservations

The Great Lakes Section of the Institute of Food Technologists will have our Fall Meeting on Tuesday, Oct 4, 2011. The location is at Bistro Bella Vita Downtown, 44 Grandville Avenue, SW, Grand Rapids, MI 48824.

Registration will be 6 to 6:30, dinner served at 6:30, followed at 7:00 with a presentation by speaker Todd Van Thomme. His topic is "Food Science-Have I come up with something that is intellectual property? You just may have."
