Supplier's Day 2010

Great Lakes Section of Institute of Food Technologists attracts approx 150 exhibitors to Supplier's Night.Suppliers Day will be April 27, 2010
2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Kellogg Arena, No Registration Required!

Don't miss this annual, celebration! Supplier's Night for the Great Lakes Section of the Institute of Food Technologists is the grand celebration of the art and craft of food technology, bringing together food technologists and the suppliers of ingredients.

Approximately 130 suppliers exhibit their products, along with demonstrations, workshops, and countless conversations to advance understanding and skill. The exhibit will be held in the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek. The evening is top off with the annual Wine Dinner, intermingling students, professionals, and suppliers to produce lively and growth enhancing conversation. The Wine Dinner will be at the Yarrow Golf and Conference Center in Augusta, MI.

There is no admission charge to attend the Supplier's Night exhibits and seminars are free to all members. There will also be prize drawings during the exhibit hours.

As we get closer to the event date, we will provide a color brochure with the advance list of vendors attending, map and directions to the Kellogg Arena, and a copy of the reservation form for the Wine Dinner at Yarrow, which follows the Supplier's Night Exhibition. We will also provide a link to the hotel with registration at our group rate.

(This dinner is an optional activity following the exhibits and seminars. Registration is $75 per person.) Exhibitors

Enjoy this one day, special opportunity to meet approximately 200 food technologists in the Great Lakes region and to share with them your products and services in one on one conversation at your exhibit booth. Our past exhibitors have returned again and again, evidence that they've found Supplier's Night to be time well spent.

Exhibitor fees are $200 for the first exhibit, and $150 for each additional exhibit space. Booths are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis in the order the applications are received. You may also purchase a ticket to the evening's wine dinner, if you choose. You may register and pay for your booth and dinner online now using our Exhibitor Registration form, or mail your registration and payment.

  Annual Wine Dinner: 7:00 p.m. (Optional, Reservation Required)
  Door Prizes, donated by exhibitors & GLS-IFT, will be given out during the
course of the event with recognition given to each prize donor
  Exhibitor Set-Up will begin at 11 a.m. Doors Open at 2 p.m.
